Once that is approved, you will be able to register here! Please note that you do not need to fill in a subsidy request form in order to indicate that you would like to divide up your payments - that offer is extended to all at the end of this registration form.

Walking Excursions and Field Trips

Our grade 8s often go on field trips and excursions - some are local (sukkah, local stores) and some are scheduled and further offsite. Is there anything you wish to tell us that will affect your child's experience of offsite field trips? (Including: mobility issues, flight risk, allergies).

By electronically signing this form and clicking on the “Submit” button below, I, the student's legal parent/guardian, certify the following:

-I acknowledge that there are risks associated with our child’s participation in offsite excursions during the 2025/2026 school year. In consideration of our child’s participation in the excursions, we hereby waive and fully release the Danforth Jewish Circle (DJC), Alysse Rich, Toby King, Cliel Shdaimah, Gabriel Livolsi, and all other program leaders from any claims whatsoever arising from or related in any way to the planning, preparation and execution of this excursion. The parent/guardian agrees to indemnify the Danforth Jewish Circleand all staff/volunteers from all such claims and costs.

-Should it become necessary for my child to have medical care, I hereby give the chaperone permission to use their best judgment in obtaining the best of such service for my child. I understand that any cost will be my responsibility. I also understand that in the event of illness or accident I will be notified as soon as possible. I authorize the chaperone to offer basic first aid (bandaids, tylenol, and other over-the-counter medications, etc.).

-I understand and acknowledge that if I proceed to sign this document electronically, this document will be valid and enforced in the same manner as a hand-signed document that exists in physical form and that a record or my signature may not be denied legal effect or enforceability under law solely because it is in electronic form.

Tuition Fees

The D8C (grade 8) program follows the DJC's fee structures and is offered on a sliding scale.We invite you to pay the amount that feels comfortable for your family, and we thank you for your support.

Our program is subsidized by grants and the generosity of the DJC community. If you are able to increase your fees as a way of making a donation to the school, this money will help to fund and enrich our programming, as well as helping us to continue to offer subsidies to those who need them.
